Global HQ? We got you covered. Polished concrete on elevated slabs, toppings poured over metal deck with fibermesh? It's doable. Over a year prior design and project site visits were completed, samples made, expectations established, and the groundwork was set for D&B Industrial to competitively bid and be fortunate to be awarded the polishing and dyed concrete work at Plexus Global HQ in Neenah, WI. Challenging project with many walls, several floors, distinct patterns, over 30 colors sampled on the actual concrete before selection of the final scheme. Miron Construction was led on the project by Kevin Bikowski and Tim Andrew. D&B project foreman was Matt Stachura, with the major assist going to Dale Scherr and Al Prochnow. Matt and Dale never gave up, never surrendered, and worked vigorously to deliver a project the entire D&B staff and Plexus could be proud of. From tough conditions, fun layouts, cracking in the slab that was a battle most of us fight with elevated decks, the project was truly a job to remember.
