Over the past several months, D&B has taken the opportunity to focus on training our staff on some of the newest and updated procedures in the market. Going as far as having one team member in charge of both in house and on site training 40 hours plus per week, we have continued our drive to make training for our field staff a priority. Beginning with OSHA 10 training for all of our field foreman, and continuing with over thirty men attending our recent Saturday training session with Metzger Maguire, followed by a recent Scofield training for a number of other key installers, D&B continues to show it's commitment to training field staff in the most up to date systems in the industry. We have committed to monthly training sessions with major vendors and new suppliers, to update our field with the latest techniques and machine training.
